Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

Stand Together seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team in Arlington, Arlington County. This is a full-time position supporting a philanthropic community dedicated to driving lasting social change across America's most pressing challenges.

About the Role

As Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you'll play a critical role in measuring, optimizing, and scaling our digital marketing impact. You'll combine data-driven insights with strategic thinking to support Stand Together's mission of connecting changemakers with the resources and networks they need to address root causes in education, economic opportunity, community revitalization, and civic health.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain digital analytics frameworks across our marketing channels and campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities
• Build dashboards and automated reporting to track key performance indicators and business metrics
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on audience segments, messaging effectiveness, and digital channel performance
• Partner with marketing and communications teams to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Develop attribution models that connect digital activities to downstream organizational impact
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data into clear recommendations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing operations, or related roles
• Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, mixpanel, segment, or similar)
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills; comfort with Python or R is a plus
• Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing channels, funnel mechanics, and measurement best practices
• Demonstrated ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and project management discipline
