Solera is actively recruiting an Area Sales Director for key territories across the United States: Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, California, Florida, and Illinois. In this full-time position, you'll lead revenue growth, develop sales teams, and strengthen relationships with our extensive network of customers and partners.

About the Role

As Area Sales Director, you'll own the sales performance and strategic development of your assigned territory. This role balances direct customer engagement with team leadership, giving you autonomy to shape regional strategies while driving measurable business results.

What You'll Do

  • Manage revenue targets, forecasting, and performance metrics for your territory
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a sales team to exceed territory goals
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Create and execute strategic territory plans addressing market opportunities
  • Deepen customer relationships and retention with key accounts
  • Track competitive positioning and market trends to refine selling strategies
  • Serve as Solera's representative at industry events and community partnerships

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven sales success with track record of exceeding targets
  • 2+ years of experience building or leading sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing sales talent
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to drive territory growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and comfort with sales analytics
  • Ability to travel within your territory as business needs require
