What You'll Do
- Complete routine maintenance and repair work throughout the community
- Prepare units for occupancy during turnovers, ensuring they meet our standards
- Perform preventative maintenance to extend the life of building systems and reduce emergency repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain safe, clean work practices and adhere to property safety standards
- Report maintenance issues and keep accurate records of completed work
What We're Looking For
- Experience with general maintenance, repairs, or similar hands-on work
- Ability to follow directions and work independently under supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift equipment as needed
