About the Role
Amazon Logistics is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for our capacity planning function. In this role, you'll own cross-functional network projects, collaborating with stakeholders across operations, engineering, and delivery services to optimize how we allocate resources and manage growth. You'll combine analytical rigor with operational insight to solve complex logistics challenges at scale.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead end-to-end capacity planning initiatives spanning multiple delivery network models—including traditional delivery infrastructure and emerging crowd-sourced platforms.
- Partner with operations teams to forecast demand, align resources, and execute network strategies that balance cost, speed, and service quality.
- Leverage data analysis and optimization techniques to identify efficiency gains and recommend network configuration improvements.
- Lead cross-team projects involving product, operations, and finance stakeholders to drive alignment on S&OP decisions.
- Monitor network performance metrics and develop actionable insights to support ongoing capacity optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Background in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, ideally with S&OP or capacity planning experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives across multiple teams and functions with diverse priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with large datasets and optimization concepts.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and driving consensus on strategic decisions.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into actionable business recommendations.
