About the Role

As a Dispatch Security Officer, you will be the central hub coordinating and monitoring security activities across assigned locations. You'll combine continuous surveillance with responsive communication, ensuring that every alert is acted on immediately and that field personnel have the information they need to respond effectively.

What You'll Do

• Monitor surveillance systems and multiple security feeds, spotting activity and anomalies that require attention
• Receive and process security alerts, then dispatch personnel to locations based on real-time needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with security teams, clients, and emergency services via radio and telephone
• Log all incidents, alerts, and communications in accurate, detailed records for compliance and review
• Verify access credentials and manage entry/exit procedures per security protocols
• Detect and report equipment failures or security vulnerabilities to management right away
• Maintain professional composure during time-sensitive situations and incidents
