About the Role

As an RN II in the Multispecialty ICU, you'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with acute and complex medical conditions. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership potential, working within a team-based environment to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced intensive care unit.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill individuals requiring continuous monitoring and intervention
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in clinical status
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Educate patients and families about their care plans and recovery processes
• Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and documentation
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and critical thinking in time-sensitive situations

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license in Texas
• Experience in intensive care nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
