About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) working overnight, you'll be a trusted presence during critical hours when clients depend on consistent, compassionate support. You'll help individuals maintain healthy routines, respond to their needs, and ensure safe, respectful environments where dignity and purpose thrive.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct personal care and support aligned with individual needs and care plans
- Monitor health, safety, and well-being throughout overnight shifts
- Respond to requests and concerns with professionalism and genuine respect
- Support activities of daily living and maintain required documentation
- Report changes in condition or incidents to appropriate team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement person-centered supports
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable regulations
What We're Looking For
- Experience in direct support, personal care, home health, or related caregiving roles
- CNA certification, HHA credentials, or equivalent hands-on care background (preferred)
- Reliability and ability to maintain consistent overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills and genuine empathy in working with vulnerable populations
- Commitment to person-centered, dignity-affirming support practices
- Ability to follow care plans, safety protocols, and organizational policies
- Valid driver's license (may be required for this position)
