About the Role

As a Billboard Installer with Lamar Advertising, you'll be a key member of our operations team, responsible for bringing advertising campaigns to life on some of the most visible structures in the region. This is a full-time position that combines technical skill, safety awareness, and teamwork. You'll work on a consistent schedule with opportunities to develop expertise in outdoor media installation and maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain billboard structures and vinyl displays at various heights and locations
• Prepare and install new advertising copy on existing and new billboards
• Perform routine inspections of installed advertisements for quality and compliance
• Use hand tools, power tools, and climbing equipment safely and effectively
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Physical ability to work at heights and carry materials in outdoor conditions
• Willingness to learn billboard installation techniques through on-the-job training
• Comfort with basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the Paducah area
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license required
