About the Role
As Senior Project Manager at Telix Pharmaceuticals, you'll oversee complex, cross-functional projects that directly impact product development, regulatory compliance, and commercial operations. This fixed-term position offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company while working with talented teams across our US office and international locations in Australia, Belgium, Japan, and Switzerland.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet organizational objectives
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Communicate project status and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Support the scaling of operations in the rapidly evolving radiopharmaceutical sector
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects with competing priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills across multiple organizational levels
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or medical device regulatory environments is a plus
