What You'll Do

• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and communicate clinical observations to the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and clinical protocols
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members on patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about treatment, recovery, and health maintenance
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked clinical environment
• Respond to patient needs with compassion and attention to comfort and dignity

What We're Looking For

• Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic healthcare settings
• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
• Prior nursing experience preferred but not required
