The Opportunity

General Merchandise Leaders at Target manage the day-to-day operations of our general merchandise department, directing a team of sales associates while maintaining our commitment to exceptional guest service. Your Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to exceed performance targets
• Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise placement across the general merchandise section
• Create and maintain compelling visual displays that drive customer engagement and sales
• Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
• Ensure adherence to Target's standards for store cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall store operations
