The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to take the helm of our Cricket Wireless store and drive sales growth across wireless plans, devices, and services. Core Duties

• Lead, train, and mentor a sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through personal sales excellence and coaching
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
• Develop and implement local sales strategies to grow market share in the Lebanon area
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet revenue goals and KPIs
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation reflect brand standards
• Build strong customer relationships and handle escalated service inquiries

Requirements

• Proven retail management or sales leadership experience, preferably in wireless or consumer electronics
• Strong ability to motivate and develop team members
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail software
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
