Rymco LLC is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Manager in Akron to lead our Cricket Wireless retail location. We're looking for a driven sales leader who can build team performance, exceed customer expectations, and grow revenue in our fast-paced retail environment. Our award-winning retail team offers competitive compensation with base pay up to $20/hour, earning potential through commissions up to $27/hour, and monthly store performance bonuses up to $1,500.
About the Role
As Retail Sales Manager in our Akron Cricket Wireless location, you'll take ownership of daily operations, lead our sales team, and create an environment where customers receive exceptional service and mobile solutions. You'll be responsible for meeting sales goals, training staff, and maintaining a productive store that represents the Rymco brand with excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve store performance targets and revenue goals
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through consultative sales and problem-solving
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to build capabilities and confidence
- Ensure inventory is properly managed, displayed, and merchandised to maximize sales
- Maintain store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and compliance
- Build customer relationships and handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
What We're Looking For
- Proven retail sales management or leadership experience
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service excellence and problem-solving mindset
- Reliability, work ethic, and commitment to store success
- Wireless or mobile retail experience is a plus
