Responsibilities

• Operate advanced leak detection equipment to locate water, gas, and sewer leaks in residential and commercial properties
• Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing and gas systems using acoustic listening devices, thermal imaging, and other diagnostic tools
• Document findings accurately and provide clients with clear, professional reports of leak locations and recommended next steps
• Work independently on job sites while maintaining communication with the office and coordinating with plumbers or other contractors as needed
• Maintain equipment in good working order and follow all safety protocols on every call
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients throughout the Ventura County area
