What You'll Do

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each person's needs
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and session notes
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and referral sources as appropriate
• Track client progress and adjust interventions based on clinical outcomes

What You Bring

• Active Arizona mental health license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent state-recognized credential)
• Proven experience delivering mental health therapy and counseling services

• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and client-centered care
