RSM is seeking a Management Consulting Partner - Tech Advisory Solutions to join its San Francisco, California office on a full‑time basis. In this leadership role, you will guide technology‑focused advisory engagements for middle‑market clients while driving firm growth and talent development.

About the Role

As a partner, you will shape the firm’s tech advisory practice, delivering strategic insights that help clients navigate digital transformation, optimize technology investments, and manage risk. You will also play a key role in business development, mentoring emerging leaders, and fostering a collaborative culture that aligns with RSM’s purpose of instilling confidence in a changing world.

What You'll Do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams on complex technology advisory projects, including cloud strategy, cybersecurity, data analytics, and IT transformation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building long‑term relationships with C‑suite executives and stakeholders in the middle market.
• Develop and implement service offerings that differentiate RSM in the tech advisory space, ensuring solutions are practical, measurable, and aligned with client goals.
• Coach and develop senior managers and directors, promoting professional growth, high performance, and adherence to firm standards.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability while maintaining rigorous risk and compliance controls.
• Contribute to firm‑wide initiatives such as thought leadership, recruiting, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive background in technology consulting or management consulting, with a proven ability to lead large‑scale advisory engagements.
• Demonstrated success in growing a practice or business unit, including revenue generation and client acquisition.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on mid‑market enterprises across industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker who can translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
