Responsibilities

• Measure and assess existing windows and frames at customer locations
• Remove old windows and prepare frames for new installations
• Install new windows according to Andersen specifications and building standards
• Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and weather-tightening of all installations
• Communicate professionally with customers about project progress and window product features
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to safety and cleanliness standards
• Meet daily installation targets while maintaining Andersen's quality benchmarks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven hands-on experience installing windows or similar skilled construction work
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools in a safe, effective manner
• Strong attention to detail and genuine commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for Erie, PA positions
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and work at varying heights safely
