About the Role

As a member of the Product Experience team, you will partner with researchers, product managers, and engineers to turn user insights into engaging, accessible digital solutions. Your work will focus on creating intuitive experiences that help people manage their health and streamline internal workflows.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable design briefs.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define interaction patterns, visual language, and usability standards.
• Facilitate design workshops and present concepts to stakeholders for feedback and iteration.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze results to refine designs.
• Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across product touchpoints.
• Stay current with emerging design trends and advocate for best practices within the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience designing digital products and services, with a strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered solutions.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and a mindset geared toward iterative improvement.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and a commitment to inclusive design.
