Customer Advocate

Safelite is seeking a Customer Advocate to join its team in Pocatello, Bannock County on a full‑time basis.

In this role you will be the friendly voice that helps customers navigate auto‑glass services, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to resolution.

About the Role

The Customer Advocate serves as a key point of contact for Safelite’s clients, providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and coordinating service needs. You will work closely with technicians and support staff to maintain high satisfaction levels and uphold the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide clear explanations of Safelite’s products, services, and pricing
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating service details
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed
• Follow up to confirm resolution and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of auto‑glass offerings and company policies
