What You'll Do

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and schedule store associates, providing on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by receiving shipments, conducting cycle counts, and managing back‑room organization.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, priced, and displayed according to planograms and company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and modeling courteous behavior.
• Monitor cash handling processes, prepare deposits, and enforce loss‑prevention policies.
• Assist with visual merchandising updates, promotional set‑ups, and seasonal displays.
• Help enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance guidelines throughout the store.

• Previous experience in retail, preferably with supervisory or lead responsibilities.
