Product Marketing Manager – B2B

Indeed is seeking a Product Marketing Manager - B2B to join its Glassdoor team in Bismarck, Burleigh County.

About the Role

This full‑time position focuses on driving the go‑to‑market strategy for B2B products within Indeed’s Glassdoor brand. You will partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to craft compelling positioning, enable sales efforts, and measure the impact of marketing initiatives on business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and launch plans for B2B solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Create sales enablement assets such as battle cards, playbooks, and training materials.
• Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to build campaigns that generate pipeline and awareness.
• Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to refine go‑to‑market approaches.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product roadmap aligns with market needs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to translate technical features into clear, persuasive messaging for business audiences.
• Experience managing product launches and cross‑functional projects from concept to execution.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to measure success and guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
