What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and building relationships with shoppers in our Scottsdale location
• Develop product knowledge about Vans footwear, apparel, and accessories to make informed recommendations
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash and card payments
• Maintain store appearance and organization, including merchandise displays, fitting areas, and stockroom
• Support inventory management, including receiving, counting, and restocking products
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and seasonal sales goals
• Uphold Vans brand standards and embody the lifestyle and values our customers expect

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during peak seasons
• Reliable and punctual attendance
