About the Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns while building and managing a talented team. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance strategic oversight with direct contribution to client success, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives across a growing book of business.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and driving individual growth
- Direct search engine marketing and paid search strategies to maximize ROI and qualified traffic
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns, community management, and platform optimization across major networks
- Manage email marketing programs, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis
- Develop and execute lead management strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Juggle multiple client relationships and concurrent projects without losing detail or quality
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and analytics teams to execute integrated campaigns
