Manager, Social Media – Hybrid

XPO, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Social Media for its Flatbush, Brooklyn office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead comprehensive social media strategy and execution for a major corporate organization.

About the Role

In this role, you'll develop and oversee social media initiatives that strengthen XPO, Inc.'s digital presence and audience engagement across platforms. You'll blend strategic planning with hands-on content creation and management, driving measurable results while maintaining brand consistency and staying ahead of digital communication trends.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with corporate communications and business objectives
• Create, curate, and manage content across company social media channels
• Monitor social media trends, audience sentiment, and competitive activity to guide strategy
• Analyze performance data and derive insights to optimize ongoing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, and leadership
• Establish and maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all platforms
• Stay informed of platform updates, emerging features, and digital communication innovations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional, military, or relevant work experience
• 5+ years of direct experience in social media management, content creation, or digital communications
• Demonstrated success building and managing corporate social media accounts and audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interpret data and metrics to refine strategy and improve results
• Proficiency with content planning and social media management tools
• Skill in managing projects and collaborating effectively across teams
