Vice President – Demand & Content Marketing

About the Role

As Vice President of Demand & Content Marketing, you'll own the strategic vision and execution of demand generation and content marketing initiatives across Arcis Golf. This leadership role gives you the opportunity to shape how we connect with members, accelerate growth, and elevate our brand presence in the competitive hospitality and golf industry.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation and content marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Create data-driven content and campaigns that increase member acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate clear ROI on demand generation and content investments
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and executive leadership to ensure marketing efforts support organizational goals
• Oversee content strategy and production across digital and traditional channels
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategy

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in demand generation and content marketing leadership
• Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies at the VP level
• Deep expertise in content marketing, digital marketing channels, and lead generation best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strategic mindset balanced with strong execution and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Background in hospitality, clubs, membership organizations, or golf industry preferred
