Part-Time, Airline Customer Service and Ramp Agent

Trego Dugan Aviation of Grand Island Inc is hiring Part-Time Airline Customer Service and Ramp Agents to support daily flight operations at our Minot, Ward County location. Join our team and work directly with aircraft, passengers, and ground crews in a fast-paced airport environment.

About the Role

This is an active, dynamic position that serves both our terminal and ramp operations. As a cross-utilized ground service agent, you'll support live flight operations across multiple areas of the airport, ensuring smooth, safe handling of aircraft and passengers. Your schedule will include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours that vary based on flight schedules and seasonal demand.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, answering questions and assisting with boarding and deplaning procedures
• Execute ground handling tasks including aircraft servicing, baggage loading and unloading, and cargo operations
• Perform ramp operations such as aircraft towing, equipment operation, and marshaling duties
• Maintain compliance with all FAA and airport safety regulations and procedures
• Coordinate with airline staff, flight crews, and other ground service teams to meet departure and arrival schedules
• Keep the terminal and ramp areas clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work variable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical capability to lift heavy items, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and perform fast-paced ground service tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and security clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
