About the Role
LifeStance Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist to provide direct mental health services to individuals and families in our Middleburg office. You'll work in a supportive clinical environment where your expertise is valued and your caseload is sustainable. This is an opportunity to practice therapy on your terms—with time for meaningful treatment planning and genuine client connection.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions with adults, adolescents, and children across a range of mental health conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and coordinate care with other providers when appropriate
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment where clinical consultation is encouraged
- Help expand access to quality mental healthcare in Loudoun County
What We're Looking For
- Valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent (Virginia-based license required)
- Demonstrated skill in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, or similar)
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and complex presentations
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation practices, and ethical standards
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision when appropriate
