Sr. Regional Operations Manager – Central/Northern California

This is a full-time role based in Alondra Park, Los Angeles County, where you'll lead regional operations for a technology-driven digital marketplace transforming how dealers buy and sell vehicles.

About the Role

As Sr. Regional Operations Manager, you'll own the operational success of your region, driving efficiency, compliance, and growth across all operational functions. You'll work at the intersection of technology, data, and logistics—managing teams, optimizing processes, and delivering the operational excellence that powers our marketplace for hundreds of dealer partners.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop your regional operations team, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, logistics coordination, customer fulfillment, and facility management
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer agreements across all regional operations
• Partner with cross-functional teams (technology, customer success, finance) to align operations with business goals and marketplace initiatives
• Manage regional budgets, forecast operational costs, and optimize resource allocation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring service excellence

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of operations management experience, ideally in automotive, wholesale, logistics, or marketplace environments
• Proven track record leading and scaling regional operations teams
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and operational metrics
• Experience with process optimization, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational KPI management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding operational targets
• Familiarity with technology platforms, digital marketplaces, or data-driven business models is a plus
