About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for the ongoing upkeep and repair of apartment homes and community facilities. You'll be the go-to technician for preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and system troubleshooting—delivering the reliability our residents depend on.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems in residential units
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency service requests from residents
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and exterior facilities to ensure community standards
• Document all work completed, materials used, and time spent on each task
• Identify safety hazards and report code compliance issues to management
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on specialized repairs as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in multi-family residential properties or similar facilities
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair
• Technical certifications (EPA, HVAC, or equivalent) preferred
• Ability to diagnose problems, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional communication skills and a commitment to resident satisfaction
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various weather conditions
