About the Role

The Asset Protection Specialist plays a vital role within the Beverly Hills location of our Western Region operations. Reporting to the Asset Protection Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive security protocols that protect our employees, customers, store assets, and inventory. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to contribute directly to the security and integrity of one of Hermès' most prestigious locations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor store premises using security systems and surveillance to detect and prevent loss and unauthorized activities
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement improvements to protect employees and customers
• Respond promptly to security incidents, document incidents thoroughly, and escalate as needed to management
• Enforce security policies and procedures across all store operations to ensure consistent compliance
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to maintain a secure, welcoming environment
• Conduct inventory controls and coordinate with sales and operations teams to minimize shrinkage
• Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and preventive measures taken

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or retail security management
• Strong understanding of security protocols, surveillance systems, and risk assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels
• Sound judgment and the ability to respond calmly and professionally to security concerns
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and incident reporting
• Physical ability to conduct regular store walkthroughs and security assessments
