About the Role

As an AG-Plant Operator 2 (Filler), you'll be a key part of our cylinder filling and distribution operations in Belton. Working the second shift, you'll operate and oversee equipment that fills and prepares industrial gas cylinders for customers across the region. This hands-on position demands precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently within a team structure.

What You'll Do

• Operate cylinder filling equipment and machinery according to established procedures and specifications
• Inspect, test, and prepare cylinders and related equipment before and after filling cycles
• Monitor production runs and maintain detailed operational records and logs
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards for industrial gas handling
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs to your supervisor
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff to maintain smooth material flow
• Keep your work area organized and contribute to a safe, efficient plant environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a plant operator or in industrial manufacturing or gas handling preferred
• Strong commitment to following safety procedures and quality standards
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment systems
• Attention to detail in monitoring operations and documenting results
• Dependable attendance and flexibility with second shift scheduling
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license for certain duties as needed
