As a Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General, you'll be the backbone of our store team, driving sales while maintaining the standards that customers expect. You'll work on the store floor, assisting customers, processing transactions, and ensuring our merchandise is displayed to attract shoppers. Your leadership responsibilities include helping train and guide other team members, modeling customer service excellence, and contributing to a positive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in finding products and completing purchases across the store
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
• Stock and merchandise products, maintaining product displays and shelf presentation
• Perform inventory procedures and help maintain accurate records
• Support store cleanliness and organization standards
• Mentor newer team members and demonstrate company procedures and customer service standards
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention protocols
• Assist store management with opening and closing procedures as needed
