As a Lead Sales Associate at our Sebree location in Webster County, you're the go-to team member who combines strong customer service with operational excellence. You'll be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, and supporting your team members throughout every shift. This is a hands-on position where you'll balance direct customer interaction with the supervisory duties that keep our store running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers throughout the store
• Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash responsibly
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive product displays
• Support inventory management and participate in receiving shipments
• Open or close the store according to the schedule, including securing the building
• Train and mentor new team members, modeling our service standards
• Address customer concerns professionally and work to resolve issues

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Basic math and computer skills
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
