As a Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General, you'll be at the heart of our retail operations in Benton. What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service and complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and guide sales associates, providing coaching and support to help them succeed
• Stock merchandise, maintain store displays, and ensure our shelves are organized and fully stocked
• Handle cash registers and maintain accountability for daily financial transactions
• Open and close the store according to company procedures, including security protocols
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout your shift
• Support promotional activities and help implement store initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable, with consistent attendance and a strong work ethic
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and move throughout your shift
• Willingness to learn Dollar General systems and procedures
