About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager in Lewiston, NY, you'll partner with our Store Manager to lead daily operations, mentor associates, and maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked retail environment. This is a hands-on management position where you'll develop your leadership skills while supporting a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail setting.

What You'll Do

• Support store operations and oversee opening and closing procedures
• Lead, train, and schedule store associates to ensure strong customer service and operational excellence
• Maintain inventory accuracy, pricing compliance, and merchandise presentation standards
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor store safety and loss prevention protocols
• Assist with cash handling, register management, and financial accountability
• Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising directives
• Report to the Store Manager and support district-level initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service management experience preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent
