CVS Health is hiring a Lead Director of Product Office Strategy & Stakeholder Management for our Retail Pharmacy Technology team in Madison, Dane County. In this full-time leadership position, you'll chart the strategic direction of pharmacy technology initiatives that connect operations, innovation, and patient outcomes across CVS Health's retail pharmacy network.

You'll lead strategic planning and stakeholder alignment for retail pharmacy technology, orchestrating collaboration between clinical teams, pharmacy operations, technology partners, and business leaders. What You'll Do
- Define and communicate product strategy for retail pharmacy technology aligned with enterprise health goals

- Build and mentor a strategic team, modeling accountability and commitment to safety and quality
