About the Role

As a Porsche Master Technician at JP Euro in San Diego, you'll take ownership of complex diagnostic and repair work on luxury sports cars. You'll work in a performance-focused environment where precision, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction drive everything we do. This role demands both the hands-on skills to execute high-level repairs and the problem-solving mindset to tackle challenging diagnostics on precision engineering.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on Porsche vehicles using factory tools and procedures
• Execute repairs across engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, and brake systems
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and service inspections to factory specifications
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues and drivability concerns
• Document work accurately and communicate technical details with customers
• Maintain shop standards for quality control and safety
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Porsche technician or master-level diagnostic specialist
• Strong knowledge of Porsche systems, service procedures, and repair best practices
• Proficiency with factory diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Professional communication skills and customer-focused mindset
