About the Role

As an Oil Sales and Service Rep II, you'll be the face of CleanHarbors to our commercial customers across the region. You'll operate a company service vehicle, collecting used oil, water, antifreeze, and related waste streams from businesses of all sizes. This is more than a delivery route—it's a consultative sales position where your reliability and professionalism directly influence customer retention and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Operate a company vehicle to collect used oil, water, antifreeze, and other waste products from scheduled customer locations
• Maintain strict adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety protocols during all operations
• Inspect, maintain, and keep the service vehicle clean and in proper working condition
• Provide product information and support to customers, identifying upsell opportunities and answering questions about our services
• Manage customer communications, confirm collection schedules, and troubleshoot service issues on-site
• Document transactions accurately and maintain detailed service records
• Build and nurture customer relationships to support account growth and repeat business

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class B commercial driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Mechanical knowledge and comfort troubleshooting basic vehicle issues
• Reliable transportation history and professional attitude toward DOT compliance
• Basic sales skills and genuine interest in building customer relationships
• Physical ability to handle equipment and work in varying weather conditions
