Uniti seeks a detail-oriented, organized Legal Secretary to support our legal department and broader business operations. What You'll Do
- Prepare, format, and maintain legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and internal memoranda

- Assist with legal research and document review projects under attorney supervision

- Manage legal billing, invoices, and time tracking related to outside counsel
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the legal team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar legal support role

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Confidentiality awareness and professional discretion in handling sensitive information
