About the Role
In this position, you'll serve as a visible asset protection presence, greeting customers warmly while helping protect Walmart's merchandise and store assets. Your friendly customer service skills will create an inviting first impression, while your attention to store security maintains our loss prevention standards.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers warmly at store entrances and throughout the facility
- Monitor store areas and merchandise with professional awareness
- Identify and address potential security concerns appropriately
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Collaborate with store management and security team members
- Maintain asset protection standards and company policies
- Support store organization, cleanliness, and customer experience

Compensation
Walmart provides competitive hourly compensation ranging from $15 to $28 per hour, based on location and experience. Eligible team members may receive performance incentives and shift or facility premiums where applicable.
