UACL Logistics is hiring experienced Class A CDL Owner Operators to join our growing fleet in Victoria, Victoria County. If you're a skilled, independent operator with at least 6 months of professional driving experience, we're looking for you to manage van and flatbed freight on regional routes, earning $5,000–$6,000 per week.

About the Role

As a Class A CDL Owner Operator with UACL Logistics, you'll operate your own vehicle on a full-time basis, handling freight assignments across regional lanes. We're offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and providing free trailer rent for your first six months—removing major startup barriers for owner operators ready to build their business with a dependable partner.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A CDL-qualified van and flatbed equipment on assigned regional routes
• Pick up and deliver freight according to customer specifications and safety standards
• Maintain your vehicle to company safety and compliance requirements
• Manage dispatch communications and your schedule professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation for all loads and trips
• Prioritize on-time, safe delivery to build strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Minimum 6 months of professional driving experience
• Clean driving record and passing background clearance
• Own or have reliable access to a van and/or flatbed vehicle
• Ability to work independently and manage your business efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
