HR Business Partner, AMZL

Amazon is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People eXperience and Technology team at our Redstone Arsenal facility in Madison County. This full-time position plays a critical role in building and sustaining a safe, inclusive, and innovative workplace for a large workforce of hourly team members and their leaders.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner supporting Amazon Logistics (AMZL) operations, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to facility leadership and front-line managers. Your expertise in talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness will directly shape how thousands of employees experience working at Amazon.

What You'll Do

• Partner with operations and facility leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies that support business objectives and employee engagement
• Provide guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives for an hourly workforce
• Support leadership development programs, coaching managers on effective team dynamics and conflict resolution
• Drive employee experience improvements, gathering feedback and implementing changes that strengthen workplace culture
• Handle complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and fair, consistent application of policies
• Collaborate across HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery to your assigned business units

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with demonstrated success in fast-paced, operational environments
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence leaders at all levels
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and persuasive across all audiences
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on operational acumen
• Experience supporting hourly or frontline workforces is a plus
