Sr. Business Ops Manager, ASP Planning & Business Operations

Amazon is hiring a Senior Business Operations Manager to lead strategic planning and operational excellence for AWS Specialist and Partners (ASP) in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. You'll drive critical business processes that enable executive leadership to operate effectively while scaling ASP's mission to serve partners globally.

About the Role

As a Sr. Business Ops Manager within ASP Planning & Business Operations, you'll operate at the intersection of strategic planning, financial operations, and executive enablement. Reporting directly to the Director, you'll take ownership of the mechanisms that keep ASP's leadership team aligned, informed, and focused on high-impact decisions. This role bridges business strategy and operational execution, ensuring seamless coordination across a complex, fast-moving organization.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Director to manage ASP's business operations function, including planning cycles, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring
• Design and maintain operational processes that support the executive leadership team's decision-making and strategic initiatives
• Develop business intelligence dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into ASP's performance and health
• Coordinate cross-functional programs that drive operational efficiency and align teams around shared goals
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Own stakeholder communication, meeting cadences, and organizational alignment mechanisms
• Support strategic initiatives including annual planning, resource allocation, and portfolio management

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of business operations, business analysis, or strategic planning experience at a fast-paced organization
• Demonstrated ability to design and optimize complex business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to senior leadership
• Proven track record managing multiple workstreams and driving outcomes with limited direct authority
• Familiarity with cloud technology, partnerships, or B2B business models
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities
