Salad Bar Manager FT in Bucks County

Mccaffrey S Supermarkets is hiring a full-time Salad Bar Manager at our Solebury location in Bucks County. In this role, you'll lead all operations of our salad bar department, driving both customer satisfaction and profitability through exceptional service, efficient management, and talented team leadership.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily salad bar operations, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and freshness standards
• Lead, train, and supervise department staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain high performance standards
• Execute merchandising programs that maximize product visibility, appeal, and sales
• Manage inventory planning, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain optimal product availability
• Monitor departmental sales and profit performance, working to achieve sales and margin goals
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage during all business hours

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or management experience, preferably in a grocery, food service, or retail environment
• Strong knowledge of fresh foods, produce handling, and food safety standards
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
• Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
