Retail and Dining Positions is now hiring a full-time Zone Manager for our retail operations in Higley, Maricopa County, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a retail zone, drive sales, and shape the shopping experience at a high-traffic location.

About the Role

As a Zone Manager, you'll take ownership of a designated retail section, managing team members, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll coordinate with other zones to create a cohesive retail environment while meeting store performance targets.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations and staff performance in your assigned retail zone
• Monitor merchandising displays, inventory levels, and product presentation
• Lead, train, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Work toward sales goals and contribute to store-wide performance metrics
• Communicate with management to address operational challenges and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Compensation

This full-time position offers up to $17.50 per hour, with medical benefits for full-time employees.
