Key Responsibilities

• Lead energetic Les Mills Sprint cycling classes while maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
• Demonstrate proper form and technique, ensuring all participants can modify movements as needed
• Build relationships with members and encourage consistent participation in group classes
• Maintain equipment safety and cleanliness standards according to YMCA protocols
• Stay current with Les Mills certifications and fitness best practices
• Contribute to a welcoming, supportive fitness community aligned with YMCA values

Who We're Looking For

• Current or willingness to obtain Les Mills Sprint certification
• Strong group fitness instruction experience with demonstrated ability to motivate and engage diverse audiences
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to guide members of all fitness levels
• Reliable, punctual, and professionally committed to member safety and satisfaction
