About the Role
This is a full-time position with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. As an Audi Master Guild Technician, you'll be at the center of everything we do — delivering factory-standard repairs and honest workmanship that keep our customers coming back.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostic and repair work on Audi vehicles, from routine maintenance to complex engine and transmission overhauls
- Lead technical troubleshooting using factory service bulletins, scan tools, and manufacturer specifications
- Execute repairs that meet Audi quality standards and customer expectations
- Manage your own work queue and communicate timelines clearly with customers and management
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused shop culture
- Stay current with evolving Audi systems, manufacturer updates, and best practices in European auto repair
What We're Looking For
- Audi Master Guild Technician certification or equivalent master-level Audi experience
- Proven track record diagnosing and repairing Audi vehicles independently
