About the Role
As a Skillbridge Operations & Business Development Associate at Maximus in Phoenix, you will partner with the Business Development department to drive analysis, process improvements, and project delivery. This position is offered through the Department of Defense SkillBridge program (https://skillbridge.osd.mil/), making it well suited to transitioning service members seeking hands-on operations and business development experience. The role is based on-site in Maricopa County and is not remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis that informs decisions across the Business Development department.
- Help advance process improvements and move project deliverables forward.
- Investigate emerging market trends to surface useful insights.
- Contribute to special projects within Business Development as priorities arise.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and take on additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable findings.
- Comfort supporting process improvement initiatives and tracking deliverables to completion.
- Curiosity for researching markets and identifying relevant trends.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects and reporting requests.
- Eligibility to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program is preferred for this role.
