About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician, you'll be at the heart of our service operation, delivering expert diagnostics and repairs on Audi vehicles. You'll work on everything from routine maintenance to complex powertrain and electrical systems, leveraging your advanced technical knowledge to keep our customers' vehicles running at peak performance.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using OEM scan tools and Audi-specific equipment
- Execute repairs and maintenance on Audi engines, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical systems
- Follow Audi service bulletins and manufacturer specifications with precision
- Document all work accurately and communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to shop safety standards
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused shop culture
What We're Looking For
- Active Audi Master Guild Certification or equivalent advanced Audi-specific training
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience repairing and diagnosing Audi vehicles
- Proficiency with Audi diagnostic software and factory service tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- ASE certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to relocate to the Pottsville area
