As Food/Consumables Team Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our food and consumables department. You'll be responsible for maintaining service standards, guiding team members, and keeping inventory flowing smoothly. What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and develop a team of department associates
• Oversee inventory, stocking, and product rotation to maintain quality
• Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met
• Create schedules and manage labor allocation for peak efficiency
• Address performance issues and recognize strong team contributions
• Handle customer concerns and ensure positive shopping experiences
• Communicate regularly with store management about department performance and needs
• Monitor pricing, signage, and merchandising standards

Compensation & Details

This full-time Food/Consumables Team Supervisor position offers an hourly wage of $20–$33 per hour (the actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage for the Harrisonburg area). You'll also receive annual and quarterly performance incentives, plus potential premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule and facility requirements.
